Scan the QR code on the payment machine at the time of booking or go to the hotel reception who will be able to confirm the details for you.
Where can I access my parking session receipt/invoice?
At the point of making a payment, scan the QR code on the screen for a digital receipt. Or you can go to the hotel reception, and they will be able to print one for you.
How do I request a refund?
Contact TCPO Parking, the car park operator using their email address: info@tcpoparking.com and providing them the vehicle registration number and car park location.
