Car park entry/exit barrier

The barrier won’t open on my exit from the car park, what do I do? 

Please report to the hotel reception and if you have paid for your parking, they will validate your payment and raise the barrier enabling your exit.

The barrier won’t open on entry to the car park, what do I do?

Immediately notify the hotel reception who will be able to open the barrier for you.

The barrier is stuck open/damaged, do I have to still pay for parking?

Yes, parking should still be paid for but we also kindly request you notify the hotel reception.
